Fear is the number one culprit, so I’m working on attacking my own. The more I work on myself, the better I can be a genuine and integral part of the whole. And that makes us better. So I do my part just by working on myself and giving everyone else all the space and grace they need to do the same. Having the strength to be vulnerable and share my experiences sets an example for others. Like leading by example. We all get better the better we all get. The fight gets easier the more you wrestle it.
